Position Information
Position Title: Retail Representative – GEEKBAR
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Full-time schedule
Location: Germany
Compensation: €3,000 base salary + €1,000 performance bonus
About the Role
As a Full-time Sales Representative, you will join Geek Bar’s dynamic international team and play a key role in driving sales growth across assigned territories in Germany. You will be responsible for developing new retail partnerships, supporting existing stores, collecting market feedback, and representing the Geek Bar brand in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned tobacco and vape retail stores to introduce products, conduct demonstrations and training sessions, and support the setup of in-store marketing materials.
Coordinate and execute marketing activities with retail partners and distributors during product launches.
Support store owners with purchasing processes and product sampling initiatives.
Collect customer and retailer feedback through direct communication and surveys to support business decisions.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, provide marketing materials, and oversee promotional activities and inventory support.
Monitor market pricing trends, anticipate potential risks, and support price stability in the market.
Conduct market and consumer research to support company initiatives and strategic planning.
Represent the Geek Bar brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Prepare and submit regular reports on market insights and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
Aged 21 or above, holding a valid German driver’s license and owning a personal vehicle.
Proven experience in field sales or retail; experience in the vape or FMCG industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the vape industry, including disposable vapes, pod systems, box mods, or IQOS / HNB products.
High school diploma required; a college or university degree is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and pursue long-term career growth within the vape industry.
Candidates based in Germany are required; Chinese candidates, international students, and holders of German visas are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time employment with a fixed base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
Mileage reimbursement for business-related travel.

Sales growth within assigned territories.
Number of newly acquired partner stores.
Collection of customer and retailer feedback, including:
GEEKBAR brand pricing and flavor feedback
Competitor product launch timelines, flavors, pricing, market performance, and promotional activities
Tracking, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics.

岗位介绍(About the Role)
作为全职销售代表,您将加入 Geek Bar 充满活力的国际团队,负责推动德国指定区域内的销售增长。您将开发新的零售合作门店、维护现有客户关系、收集市场与客户反馈,并在一线代表 Geek Bar 品牌开展业务活动。
岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)
拜访所负责区域内的烟草店及电子烟门店,进行产品介绍、演示与培训,并协助布置店内市场推广物料。
在新品上市期间,协调并执行与门店及经销商的市场推广活动。
支持门店完成产品采购流程及试用样品推广。
通过日常沟通及问卷调研,收集消费者及门店反馈,为公司业务决策提供支持。
维护经销商合作关系,提供市场物料支持,并协助管理促销活动及库存情况。
监测市场价格动态,预判潜在风险,协助维护市场价格体系稳定。
开展市场及消费者调研,支持公司相关业务及战略项目。
代表公司参加行业展会、展览及市场推广活动。
定期整理并提交市场洞察及业绩数据报告。
任职要求(What We’re Looking For)
年满 21 周岁,持有德国有效驾驶执照,并自备车辆。
具备外勤销售或零售相关工作经验(电子烟或快消品行业经验优先)。
熟悉电子烟行业,尤其是一次性电子烟、换弹系统、盒子机或 IQOS / HNB 加热不燃烧产品。
高中及以上学历(大专或本科优先)。
具备良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力及主动倾听能力。
能适应频繁出差,并有意在电子烟行业长期发展。
工作地点位于德国;欢迎中国籍候选人、国际学生及持德国签证者应聘。
