Maintain close communication with business leaders to understand business goals, deliver tailored HR support and solutions, proactively identify and resolve organizational and people management issues, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Manage in-house and outsourced labor for the warehouse, including engagement of temporary staffing agencies, compliance oversight, and contract management. Monitor temporary staff scheduling, working hour recording, and billing reconciliation to ensure optimal manpower allocation and cost control.
Drive the performance management cycle, support frontline employee development, establish career growth and promotion paths, and build internal talent pipelines.
Be on-site to support daily warehouse operations, understand employee needs, and handle employee relations issues in a timely manner.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve HR processes and management efficiency; continuously optimize HR policies and workflows based on business feedback.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant HRBP experience; experience in HR management within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a strong plus.
Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Ability to deeply understand the business and provide practical, actionable HR solutions.
Strong sense of ownership and closure; able to independently drive problem-solving and project execution.
Proactive and able to balance short-term delivery and long-term objectives in a complex environment.
