a) Take all the furnitures in the room (in total 150 CHF)
b) Contribution to shared furniture and kitchen stuff(in total 282 CHF)
c) 1400 CHF deposit which will return to you when you move out the flat.
d) The room is available from 1st May, 2017
About the room and the flat:One bedroom(11 m2) in a 4.5 apartment. The room is furnished with one double bed, one desk, two chairs and wardrobe in the wall. The gross rent is 691.37 CHF/month, Internet(62 CHF/month) and electricity are not included, shared with the other two flatmates. Fully furnished kitchen, living room, big balcony, separate bathroom and toilet, with all the things shared.
Anyone who is non-smoking and feels comfortable with WG life is welcome to send an email with a short description of themselves. We will organize a flat-tour soon.
