都理建筑学交流生求租房

你好！我们是中国留学生情侣，将在都灵理工大学建筑学交流学习。租住时间是9月15日至3月15日。我们希望租住在都灵理工大学建筑学院附近，有交通方便可达也可以。我们希望房间有冰箱、厨房和卫生间。我们接受的租金小于600欧。并且我们需要租赁合同并随附房东身份证复印件来方便我们申请签证。谢谢！期待您的回复。
Hello!  We are a couple of Chinese students who will exchange and study architecture in Politecnico di Turin.  The rental period is from September 15th to March 15th.  We would like to rent a house near the Polytechnic University of Turin, which is easily accessible.  We want a refrigerator, a kitchen and a bathroom.  We accept a rent of less than 600 euros.  And we need the lease contract and the copy of the landlord's ID card to facilitate our application for the visa.  I can communicate in English.
