May Sum is a self-service buffet restaurant situated opposite Lime Street Station adjacent to the city's historic St Georges Hall and St Johns Shopping Centre. It has enjoyed great success ever since it opened in 2002 and is a popular venue with families, students, tourists and office workers alike.

It's open seven days a week from 11:30am-llpm (midnight on Friday and Saturday) Customers can enjoy the vast range of oriental dishes such as Japanese, Thai, Sichuan and Peking for one set price you can `eat as much as you like'.
