Those who knew the original Little Yang Sing will be in for quite a surprise when next they call. Now much expanded and with a refurbishment of the interior behind them, the premises retain the oriental style of the original. The always renowned dim sum remain, as good if not better than ever, and the choice of dishes is as extensive as always, with deep fried soft shell crabs, spare ribs and a casserole of stewed bean curd with shredded pork and Chinese mushroom being outstanding. It may be some time, if ever, before the intimacy of the former premises return, meanwhile the quality of the food from the fairly standard but well executed Chinese menu and happy, friendly service are commendable, making this a place one can return to with confidence.
